Alert Driver Training are now offering automatic driving lessons in the Southampton area. 

We offer automatic driving lessons in the Southampton area. Our driving instructors work in Southampton City Centre, Totton, Redbridge, Rownhams, Millbrook, Maybush, Highfield, Shirley, St Marys, Bassett, Romsey, Portswood, Bitterne, Harefield, Thornhill, Sholing, West End, Netley, Itchen, Nursling, Woolston, Bursledon, Hamble, Hedge End, Swanmore, Bishops Waltham, Botley.

We can offer both male and female driving instructors who teach driving lessons in automatic cars.

If you have maybe tried to learn in a manual car and found it too difficult or you do not have the time or maybe you have a disability that makes driving a manual car difficult try automatic car driving lessons.

You will need to bear in mind though, if you pass your test in an automatic car you will not be eligible to drive a manual vehicle unless you do so as a learner driver. If you pass your driving test in a manual vehicle you are eligible to drive both automatic and manual cars.

At Alert Driver Training, we maximise your chances of passing your driving test first go and minimise the cost. We offer you value with your driving lessons.

How? Because our friendly, experienced driving instructors teach a sensible, safe number of driving lessons each day. So they're always switched on. Because you'll learn in a brand-new car. Because we send you to driving test only once you've covered the syllabus consistently. Because we'll give you at least three mock driving tests before the big day. And because we'll keep a much more detailed Record of Progress than the Driving Standards Agency recommends.

But, here's the really good news. Chances are, you'll pay less overall. A lot of driving schools will charge you less per hour. We charge a little more. But don't rush off. Look beyond the driving lesson hourly rate. Some of those other driving schools could be making up their money with driving lessons you don't need. When you learn with us, we'll give you an honest ongoing evaluation via our Record of Progress of how many driving lessons we think you need.
